Certainly Not how you describe it

It closes all the time and I have had to rewrite my resume many times even after saving it for when I open it it letters and numbers all over the page certainly not my saved resume. Very disappointed!! It also looks nothing like your examples that are up above.
I guess you get what you pay for!!!
